Any item can be returned for for an exchange or a refund of the item's
purchase price so long as all tags are still attached, and the item is
received by us in new condition with all original packaging. For items
ordered by mail, you should also include the original packing slip when
you send the item back.
The item must be received back by us within 14 days of your receiving it
in order to be eligible for refund.
When returning an item, you will need to pay the return shipping
to get the item back to us. You will also need to pay shipping on any
item sent to you as a replacement.
Before returning a mail-order item for
exchange, please call us. We will then inform you as to the availability
of any product you would like to make an exchange with, since the size
or colour you want may not be available at all times. So, if you
want to make an exchange by post, please ring us first. This also is so we can
quote you the price to ship the item you want back
to you.
Please be certain of sizes before you buy
- we will be happy to answer any size queries over the phone. Any
shipping cost in the order will not be able to be refunded or credited
to you.
Partial Returns & Sale Items
Partial returns (some items in a purchase returned but not all) are
accepted for refund or exchange so long as they meet the requirements
above.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for sale items. However, it is
still possible to get store credit equal to the purchase price of the
item.
